The steel slitting lines happen to be
machine which qualifies in the CNC family. Slitting which is a precise
operation cannot be carried by manual or any other mechanical machine. The
steel slitters are computer coded machines which enables them in achieving
perfect slitting operation in limited time with high accuracy.
With computer codes installed the
machine can work even without the operator and only requires start and stop
commands to be handled manually.
Though the machine cannot be called completely
user free it still has to greater extent minimized the role of human labour and
still has kept the task simple. The perfection which only a machine can bring
to the user cannot be achieved through any other mean for say simple mechanical
machine. A simple mechanical machine is though machine powered still requires
complete user control and the precision are entirely dependent upon user. The
CNC ones are however completely computer operated.
